Due Dates: Payment is required by the due date specified on your invoice or service agreement. Late payments will result in additional fees or a pause in services. Payments not received 10 days after due date will be assessed a 3.5% late fee.

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept credit card and ACH payments.

Installments (if applicable): For services offering installment plans, all payments must be completed in full by the agreed timeline. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in termination of services.

2. Refund Policy

Custom Services: Due to the bespoke nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable.

Project Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds are only provided in cases of errors or overpayments. Please contact us directly to address any concerns.

3. Service Terms

Scope of Work: Payments made are for the services detailed in your agreement. Additional services will require a separate agreement and payment.

Timelines: Deliverables depend on the timely receipt of all required materials and information from you.

Termination of Services: If payments are not made as agreed, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate services.

4. Liability

Service Outcomes: While we strive for excellence, NGSD Services LLC is not liable for results outside the agreed scope or due to factors beyond our control.

Third-Party Tools: Services may include recommendations or use of third-party platforms. We are not responsible for issues arising from their use.

5. Privacy

Payment Information: Your payment details are processed securely, and we do not store or share sensitive payment information.

Confidentiality: All information shared between us is confidential and will not be disclosed without your consent.

6. Dispute Resolution

Communication First: If you have concerns about a payment or service, please contact us at [email protected] before initiating any disputes. Resolution Process: We will work diligently to address your concerns within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Modifications

NGSD Services LLC reserves the right to update these terms as needed. You will be notified of any significant changes, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
